Scientific English is directed to Master 1 students, option GESQUAL.
The module of scientific English for this level is to introduce the students to the scientific method in English.
All the required skills for scientific research as well as for the language are developed at this level.
The students, in this course, are expected to be able to: acquire the vocabulary related to the field as well as the vocabulary related to methodology; develop critical thinking skills; develop reading skills; learn how to take notes through note and source cards; avoid plagiarism when writing research; know the different research documents; write an abstract for an article; and make a poster
