Knowing how to write and express ourselves is an everyday need in our social life, professional life and especially in studying, and in order to do so, techniques of the written expression and the communication are necessary. Those techniques are a process based on individual interactions which there is the transmission of a message and a response from one person to another  or to a group of people. People use several means including language which is considered as a structured set of relationships that define the terms, but which as opposed to speech becomes a social institution, an organized system of signs expressing ideas.
