يهدف المقياس إلى تمكين الطالب من المصطلحات المستعملة في مجال الحقوق باللغة الانجليزية، كما يهدف الى رفع كفاءته في استعمال هذه اللغة في مجال الحقوق؛ قراءةً، كتابةً وفهماً.
