Introduction to the Subject:
Stock Exchange Law is a subject presented in the form of a symposium for second-year master's students specializing in Public Economic Law. It covers a range of essential and subsidiary topics included in the program's content. A master’s student specializing in Public Economic Law cannot do without certain subjects that are fundamental in their academic journey and form the basis of their studies.
Educational Objectives:
Successful completion of this subject provides the student with knowledge of the features, characteristics, and operation of the securities market (the stock exchange).
Prerequisites:
The study of this subject is based on two previously acquired references - two important laws:
- Banking Law.
- Commercial Law.
Content of the Subject:
- Securities.
- The law governing the secondary market.
- Participants in the securities exchange.
- The relationship between the secondary market and the primary market.
