Research methodology revolves around the specific techniques and procedures used to identify, collect, select, and analyse data of a specific research topic. It refers to the overarching procedures in which you will tackle your research. It involves studying the research methods used in your area/field of studies and the principles which undermine them so as to be able to appropriately and effectively choose the approach and philosophical paradigm that best matches your research objectives and leads you to answer your questions.
