A- The constructional law: is the branch of legal rules organizing the entity and structure of the state and organize the public authorities and define the political rights of the individuals and their liberties.

أ- القانون الدستوري: هو فرع من القواعد القانونية التي تنظم كيان وهيكل الدولة وتنظم السلطات العامة، وتحدد الحقوق السياسية للأفراد وحرياتهم.

B- Constitutional law sources: constitutional law rules are found, first of all, in the legislation that contains: the constitution, international conventions, ordinary legislation, and subsidiary legislation, then in judiciary, customary, and finally in doctrine.

ب- مصادر القانون الدستوري: توجد قواعد القانون الدستوري، أولاً، في التشريعات التي تحتوي على: الدستور والاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات العادية والتشريعات الفرعية. ثم في القضاء والعرف وأخيراً في الفقه.
