A. Legal rule: is the foundation of any legal system, providing guidance and regulation for individuals, businesses, and governmental bodies, it’s essential for maintaining; order, fairness and justice in society.

القاعدة القانونية: هي أساس أي نظام قانوني، حيث توفر التوجيه والتنظيم للأفراد والشركات والهيئات الحكومية، إنها ضرورية للحفاظ على النظام والانصاف والعدالة في المجتمع.

B. Legal rules: are a set of principles and regulations that govern the behaviour of individuals, private and public institutions within a legal system; enacted, adopted, promulgated or applied by any governmental competent authority.
