The legal field:

The legal field encompasses all matters related to legislation and regulations.

“Legal” (Adjective)[1]:

-  Which is done in court, according to the way of proceeding in court.

-  Whichc oncerns the various parts of the science of law.

Legal professionals, such as lawyers and jurists, advise clients on their rights and obligations, represent clients in courts and draftlegal documents such as contracts.

ميدان القانون:

يغطي ميدان القانون أو مجال القانون جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالقوانين واللوائح التنظيمية.

"قانوني" (صفة): يراد منه كمصطلح : كل ما يتعلق بعلم القانون ، أو ما يتم تنفيذه في قطاع وأجهزة العدالة.

محترفو القانون، مثل المحامين ورجال القانون بصفة عامة، يقدمون النصائح ويوجهون زبائنهم فيما يخص حقوقهم والتزاماتهم، ويمثلونهم أمام المحاكم ، ويحررون الأوراق ذات الصبغة القانونية كالعقود مثلا.

What is an act of communication ?

Communication, a process whose action revolves around three elements, namely[2]: expression, representation and action on others.

To communicate is to express an intention, an emotion or a state of consciousness. The act of communication alsoinvolves the transmission of a representation of the entourage and knowlege. The last element, whichis a significantelement and constitutes the core of the legal communication, isrelated to the recipient, on whom the issuerwants to exert a certain influence. In this case to communicateis to persuade, convince, push to act or even to summon.
