Council of State in Algeria:

For the exercise of its judicial function, the Algerian Council of State is organized in chambers which can bedivided into sections specialized in the different branches of administrative litigation. The Chamber or Section consists of a President and at least two Councillors, and the Hearing Clerk. When the hearing is held, the State Commissioner or a Deputy State Commissioner attends to present his oral conclusions.

The President of the Council of State may, if necessary, preside over any chamber.

Currently the Council of State has five chambers that share the various disputes[1].

مجلس الدولة في الجزائر:

في إطار ممارسة اختصاصاته القضائية، تم تنظيم مجلس الدولة في شكل غرف تنقسم إلى أقسام، كل قسم مختص في نوع من المنازعات الإدارية، تتشكل الغرفة أو القسم من رئيس ومستشارين على الأقل، بالإضافة إلى أمين ضبط الجلسة، وعند انعقاد الجلسة يحضر محافظ الدولة أو أحد مساعديه لتقديم الطلبات الشفوية.

يمكن لرئيس مجلس الدولة أن يترأس أي غرفة عند الاقتضاء.
