This document is aimed to Master 1 students in the Molecular Biology of Microorganisms specialty. Its main objective is to complete their training in general microbiology already studied in the undergraduate cycle. The material focuses on the numerous interactions in which microorganisms participate in their environment, whether physical or biotic. Fundamental aspects and practical applications will be considered.
