Definition :

Public order refers to the set of principles and rules intended to maintain public peace, safety, health, and morality. It is essential for the functioning of society and is a key aspect of public law and administrative law.

Legal Applications :

1. Public Safety : Administrative bodies can limit certain activities or impose security measures for the safety of citizens, like crowd control during public events.

2. Public health Regulations : Health-related public order laws may authorize authorities to control infectious diseases, regulate sanitation, and enforce health standards in businesses.

3. Public Morality and manners : Public order also covers morality standards, potentially restricting content deemed harmful to societal ethics.

 التعريف: 

يشير النظام العام إلى مجموعة من المبادئ والقواعد التي تهدف إلى الحفاظ على السلامة العامة، والأمن، والصحة، والأخلاق في المجتمع. يُعتبر النظام العام ضروريًا لوظيفة المجتمع وهو جزء أساسي من القانون العام والقانون الإداري.
